Regrann from @ccscorre - Cómo hacer los descansos entre series: Cuando entrenamos de forma más específica la carrera, los entrenamientos de series no pueden faltar. Ya sean series cortas o largas el tema a tratar hoy es qué hacer en esos descansos entre series, en esos 1-3 minutos donde la intención es recuperar de forma total o parcial. Aqui la duda es: ¿descanso activo o pasivo? Es decir, nos paramos totalmente entre series a descansar o andamos/trotamos ligeramente para no parar en seco. La opción más recomendada es no parar en seco, ya que después del esfuerzo que supone hacer una serie tendremos gran parte de la sangre repartida en nuestros músculos. Si nos detenemos de golpe a esa sangre le cuesta trabajo realizar el retorno venoso y por tanto no se oxigena tan rápidamente ni se eliminan catabolitos. Teniendo entonces claro que lo mejor es hacer un descanso activo ahora tenemos que valorar cómo es ese descanso activo. Si las series son muy intensas y queremos recuperar casi totalmente para la siguiente, podemos optar por seguir andando hasta la siguiente serie. Si las series no son tan exigentes y el tiempo de descanso nos lo permite, podemos trotar suavemente hasta la siguiente. Incluso podemos alternar y hacer ligeros estiramientos entre series, la clave está en no parar de golpe. Al igual que cuando acabamos un entrenamiento debemos de hacer la correspondiente vuelta a la calma para que todo vuelva a la normalidad de forma progresiva, en los descansos entre series no es conveniente parar de golpe ya que es un cambio muy brusco para que el cuerpo lo asimile, sobre todo a nivel cardiovascular. Otra opción para los descansos entre series es no hacerlos por tiempo y en su lugar establecer una distancia en la que vamos a trote suave, por ejemplo 200 metros (aproximadamente un minuto), después de los cuales comenzamos la siguiente serie. Yesterday was definitely my fave day 💗 We’ve had another chilled pool day today 🏊🏻‍♀️, with a couple of rounds of mini golf ⛳️, one to Parker and one to me. Even managed three hole in ones 🙌🏼 Even managed to drag myself out for a run 🏃🏽‍♀️ ➡️ We were gonna go Monday, ended up napping, were gonna go yesterday, but clearly didn’t, so made up for it today. Heavy, legs like lead to begin but eventually they loosened up and enjoyed it more, ending with a nice negative split and decided to squeeze a sub 5 min km in for the final one. 💪🏼 . We’ve tried out the hotels Italian restaurant tonight and enjoyed delish pizza 🍕. Banyak teman-teman yang tanya ke saya, libur begini masih lari aja? Saya hanya jawab, mumpung track sepi karena banyak pelari yang mudik hahahaha,,,, tapi lebih dari itu, bagi saya lari itu sudah merupakan kebutuhan, tidak perlu kencang atau jauh, asalkan di lakukan secara rutin selama 30 menit sampai 1 jam minimal seminggu 3 kali, badan akan terasa sehat, bugar dan terhindar dari sakit. . Ada cerita menarik yang pernah saya dengar dari teman lari saya pak Bowo @bowo328. Saat ini pak Bowo berusia 53 tahun, namun 4 tahun lalu beliau sempat terkena stroke, hingga sebagian anggota tubuhnya tidak berfungsi, tapi setelah beliau rutin berlari, penyakit stroke pun tidak pernah menghampirinya lagi. Bahkan beliau sudah sanggup menyesaikan Full Marathon tahun lalu. Belum lagi record PB 10K beliau 56 menit dan PB HM 2 jam. Sangat cepat untuk se usia Pak Bowo. . Itulah yang akhirnya membuat saya jadi semangat untuk rutin berolahraga, terutama lari, karena kita bisa lakukan di manapun dan kapanpun. . Kilian .kilianjornet .salomonrunning joins .tinaemelie as they rope themselves together to tackle - The course retraces the original route from Alagna Valsesia at 1192m via the Bocchetta delle Pisse (2396m) to the Indren cable car station (3260m). From here the route continues upwards via the Gnifetti Hut (3467m), Colle del Lys (4250m) and then the summit, the Margherita Hut at 4554m.
