PANQUECA de AVEIA INGREDIENTES: 1 xíc. de aveia em flocos (ou farinha de aveia) 1 xíc. de água 2 colheres de sopa de melado (ou açúcar demerara ou mascavo) 1 colher de sopa de farinha de linhaça 1 colher de chá de fermento COMO FAZER: 1- Coloque todos os ingredientes no liquidificador, com exceção do fermento, e bata até ficar homogêneo. Se você estiver usando farinha de aveia, pode misturar todos os ingredientes manualmente, sem o uso do liquidificador; 2- Acrescente o fermento por último e misture delicadamente; 3- Aqueça um frigideira antiaderente em fogo baixo, ou uma frigideira comum com um fio de azeite para não grudar. Espalhe um pouco da massa e tampe a frigideira para abafar e já ir assando o outro lado; 4- Verifique se está bem assada e vire para assar o outro lado até dourar. 🔥CLIENT SPOTLIGHT🔥 _ Meet @kevinslaughterslsc , Kevin has absolutely CRUSHED IT this summer🙌🏻 _ Stats: . •48-year old male . •attorney (this means he works A LOT) . •4 kids . •Trains CrossFit 4-5 days per week _ Starting Macros: 260c/70f/170p _ Current Macros (reverse diet): 300c/75f/175p _ Cool stuff worth mentioning: _ •Kevin occasionally struggles with under-eating because of his busy schedule so on those days he focuses on just eating and not worrying about specific macros #feedthemachine _ •Kevin increased his daily water intake #hydrationdomination _ •Kevin is sleeping, on average, at least 45 minutes more per night. #recovery _ •Kevin came to us weighing 185lb after Ramadan (June) _ •Kevin’s body fat has dropped from 17.4% to 16.4% (based on his home scale) but clearly a picture is worth 1,000 words #HWPO . . .
